Our Attorneys
We are attorneys who focus on community association law, real estate, and business disputes. We represent homeowners and condominium associations as general counsel, help with enforcement, rewrite governing documents, litigation, collections and other matters. We also represent owners against their associations. We handle all stages of the real estate life cycle, from assisting developers with land use, development, and setting up associations, to residential and commercial property buying and selling, construction, loans, and foreclosure. We also assist business owners with the purchase and sale of small businesses, review of contracts, and business litigation.
Robert Rosing

Robert Rosing has deep experience in home owner association law, real estate law, and business disputes. No association matter is too large or too small for Robert.
Melyssa Davidson
Attorney
Melyssa is one of Park City’s foremost attorneys in the area of homeowner and condominium association law. Most recently, she has been named in Utah Business magazine’s 2016 Utah Legal Elites. Melyssa represents homeowner and condominium associations and individual owners throughout Park City and Summit, Wasatch, and Salt Lake Counties.

Asa E. Kelley
Attorney
Asa E. Kelley has been serving Northern Utah for over 20 years and is an accomplished attorney in many legal areas. He specializes in many areas of family law including: divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, paternity and many more.

Court J. Klekas II has over 10 years of litigation experience and worked in a variety of small firms and as a solo practitioner before joining the attorneys of Rosing Davidson Frost.
Rebecca Royer

Rebecca focuses her practice on civil litigation. She has extensive experience with dispute resolution. With a background in criminal defense, personal injury, and class action litigation Rebecca now uses her diverse background to assist clients with homeowner’s association, real estate, and construction disputes.
