Jared C. Bowman

Attorney

Jared is an experienced and recognized litigator with demonstrated success in multiple areas of law.  Jared’s practice focuses on real estate litigation, contract law, and business disputes.  This includes extensive experience litigating disputes as to real estate boundary locations, breaches of real estate purchase contracts (REPCs), sellers not disclosing defects in real estate, ownership of real estate, construction contractors and homeowners, and disputes between HOA Boards and HOA Members.  Jared has also regularly and successfully brought and defended claims for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and declaratory judgment. 

In his many years as a litigator, Jared frequently represents clients in difficult and emotional situations.  These include disputes between partners and LLC members and managers, buyers of real estate who were defrauded, and owners of real estate in trespass and eviction matters.

Relatedly, Jared has wide-ranging experience in litigating violations of a realtor’s duties of honesty, integrity, and competence, violations of the duties owed by a fiduciary, as well as dishonest and deceptive practices of companies with consumers.

Besides civil law, Jared has helped hundreds of clients navigate the criminal justice system and defended them against a wide range of felony and misdemeanor charges.  For over a decade, Jared has successfully represented people charged with driving under the influence (DUI or DWI), possessing a controlled substance, assault, dog bites, minors in possession of alcohol, and even speeding tickets.  In representing his clients, Jared focuses on the individual person and their circumstances, while seeking to bring compassion into the often-frightening realm of criminal law.

When not practicing law, Jared loves to travel, fish, and play golf.  Most of all, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife of over 20 years, his four children, and his Goldendoodle.
